I smell ¨GOVERNMENT RAT¨more and more with every new turn of this case.I would not be surprised to find out it was the FBI Agent (F..king Bumbling Idiots) who instigated the the whole plot. And the fiasco turns into to a entrapment case.I don´t agree with the Hutaree but I sure would like to see this blow up in the Governments face.

What concerns me more than these boneheads are the comments by the sheeple after the article. Sure, the Hutaree don't seem to be the brightest bulbs in the bunch but the diatribes by the commenters leave me to believe that there truly are only 3% willing to fight for our freedom.

"They just want the good facts on the most dangerous to go before the 6th Circuit," Meyer said of the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati. "They don't want the appellate court to be distracted by the non-violent nature of the individuals they now say can be released."

Truly, justice in action.

In all seriousness, what happens if these guys actually get convicted? I know it is unlikely, but it would be the first successful prosecution of an American for sedition since at least 1951. It would be a drastic altering of the fundamental relationship between the government and its prisoners...I mean citizens.

I don't think George Bush Jr., in his wildest fever dreams, ever even attempted to remotely consider having anyone prosecuted for sedition, though I would say he had many more opportunities and would have had better cases if he had.

Keep that in mind next time you hear or read one of the statists say that the GOP has moved too "radically right".
