Every 3 months, investors call a Quarterly Status Meeting (conference call) to track progress
After four years from July 4, 2003 (or when the Plan is deemed “subscribed), Neil is obligated to pay back the investors
Marketing of the book starts before the book is completed, and includes mention of The Ceres Project syndicate and The Ares Alliance!
