California outlaws the forced subdermal RFID tagging of humans
Nate Anderson at Ars Technica - the California legislature has sent Senate Bill 362 to Arnold's desk. The bill bans mandatory RFID chipping by employers. "Both Wisconsin and North Dakota already have similar laws on the books." Good for them. [gizmodo]
