Saddam Hussein Captured On Dec. 13th, 2003, nine months after coalition forces invaded Iraq to defeat Saddam Hussein's Ba'athist regime...and seven and one-half months after major combat operations ended, Saddam Hussein, hiding in a dank hole, dishevelled and unkempt, was captured by US 4th Infantry Division forces.
