This was recorded off the air 15 Dec 2001 at 27.66.4 MHz. usb... It  was very broad (you can hear me tune through it all) and very much like the old Soviet woodpecker (I remember!)  Anyway I thought you may want this to possibly comment on to me or what ever.  This is in the illegal "free band" used by cb-er's maybe a more covert place to go as opposed to 14 Meg Ham bands.
