       Dear Ryan,

        I've not gone into
Kirlian photograph deeply enough to be able to answer your question.

        My first impression
would be that, if interferometry is involved in the process anywhere,
the possibility exists that the scalar effects will show up as the
production of excess ordinary EM fields and effects.  For a paper
showing that scalar interferometry can and does produce ordinary EM
fields and effects in the interference zone, see M. W. Evans et al.,

        "On
Whittaker's Representation of the Electromagnetic Entity in Vacuo, Part
V: The Production of Transverse Fields and Energy by Scalar
Interferometry," Journal of New Energy, 4(3), Special Issue,
        Winter 1999, p. 76-78.

        Such
scalar interferometry, of course, has been highly weaponized in some 10
nations of the world, with others working on it.  Obviously those
weapons programs have long since developed instrumental measurement
techniques. However, so far as I am aware, such measurement techniques
and instruments have not been openly released by any of the
        weapons-developing nations.

        Best
        wishes,

        Tom
