I strongly suspect it is artificial, and probably being done by the Yakuza/Aum Shinrikyo teams who leased Russian scalar interferometers on site in Russia at the end of 1989. Our weather, e.g., has been controlled or heavily engineered by them since them.

So I cannot prove it yet, but am watching closely for any indicators that would be decisive. Just now we have a large statistical deviation that is highly suspicious. It is far more suspicious since multiple locations and different grids and nations are involved, where procedures etc. differ extensively. To have all these different systems doing the same thing, during a close time period, is appreciable evidence that it is not a natural accident.

The type of weapons I suspect are those that Defense Secretary Cohen referred to in 1997 when he stated:

"Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves… So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations…It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our efforts, and that's why this is so important."

Another major power outage, this time in Italy. This follows hits in Denmark/Sweden, London and
the US/Canada.

This series of major power disruptions on transmission grids is unprecedented. Is it coincidence, or
is there a connected underlying cause?

When I read that the Slammer worm was suspected as a cause in the Ohio nuclear plant outage, and
later that perhaps HAARP experiments where the cause this raised suspcions.

Or is it a natural phenomenon, ie. activity on the Sun or even as a result of solar or extra solar system
radiation that is affecting the lines. For transmission lines, the effects of atmospherics and magnetic
flux is a big factor; as in pipelines that can pick up enormous charges in Northern Canada due to
magnetic flux/Aurora particles effects.
