         Dear
          Ted,  I
expect by then to be recovered sufficiently from the aftermath of the
heart attack to undertake such a presentation, given that my travel
          expenses can be provided.  However,
it would of course be necessary that he is interested in such a
presentation, since our work is definitely "out of the box"
          by most standards.  A
proposed title would be: "Vision 2002: The Emerging New Physics
          for the New Millennium".  I
will contact him to see if he is interested in such a presentation,
etc. and scope out the purpose of the meeting a bit more.
I'm slowly putting the finishing touches on the concept of the supersystem,
which is needed in any unified field theory work, and which has been
rather totally neglected in U(1) electrodynamics.
So we should have some timely information on the
supersystem ready by then, including necessary briefing slides.  Also
the AIAS (Alpha Foundation's Institute for Advanced Study) now has
sufficient papers published in the hard journals to make the
presentation meaningful from a rigorous technical basis, even though
my own presentation will be conceptual and an "overview".
The latest approved AIAS paper, to be published in Found.
Phys. Lett. hopefully this year, is M.W. Evans, P.K. Anastasovski,
          T. E. Bearden et al., "Anti-Gravity Effects in the Sachs Theory
          of Electrodynamics", in press.  Some
pertinent papers (same AIAS authors, usually either 14 or 15) include
          the following:  "Explanation
of the Motionless Electromagnetic Generator by Sach's Theory of
Electrodynamics," Found. Phys. Lett., 14(4), Aug. 2001, p.
          387-393.  How a successful
lab experimental device (the MEG) extracts EM energy from the vacuum
and outputs more energy than one inputs to run it.
A version of the experiment has been successfully replicated in
          France.  The MEG is being
developed by the National Materials Science Institute of the National
Academy of Sciences of a foreign country, under license from Magnetic
Energy Ltd., U.S.A., whose CEO is Dr. Lee Kenny, one of the inventors.

James Hayes, Steve Patrick, and Ken Moore.  "Explanation

           Restricted to scientific
access, under control of Dr. David Hamilton.  Basic
subjects covered would probably involve (1) EM energy from the vacuum
(we have a paper in Physica Scripta, e.g., with more than a dozen such
mechanisms, most verified in the physics literature, (2) revolutionary
"new" or neglected concepts in medicine (the Prioré
approach and its extensions; the Prioré work was proven in hundreds
of experiments and is in the French scientific literature, with papers
by eminent scientists before the work was suppressed), (3) future
propulsion systems (in unified field theory, gravity and antigravity
come out of the model naturally, though it requires the supersystem
concept to easily understand it, and --- if I complete it by then,
which I hope to do --- (4) a very surprising exposé and retranslation
of quantum decoherence to show the unexpected role and importance of
          the supersystem.    On
this latter quantum coherence and decoherence, e.g., an ion can be in
two places simultaneously, when in a mixture of quantum states, and
breaking out of such "mysterious" and "eerie"
aspects of quantum reality and into the "sane" realm of
macro single-state reality is a function of the environment's energy
interaction with the quantum "mixed states" system. In other
words, it is the interaction of the environment which decoheres the
          mixed states.   It
has just been experimentally shown by some researchers (published in
Physical Review) that indeed this external environmental reaction can
be engineered (they did it with multiple lasers) to "drive"
the mixed states situation and even control it.
The supersystem concept extends that notion to direct
          engineering of much more.  The
supersystem is defined as consisting of three components: (1) the EM
system and its dynamics (this is the ordinary stuff), (2) the active
local vacuum, and (3) the active local spacetime curvatures.
In reality, all three components interact with each other, and
no analysis of a system is complete without an analysis of the
          supersystem.  In other
words, components (2) and (3) constitute the active environment and
its exchange with the system.  As
is now starting to be shown experimentally, the behavior of the system
-- including deliberately throwing it into weird quantum reality and
even engineering that condition -- can be controlled deliberately by
          engineering its active environmental exchange.
This "unified field theory" approach represented by
          the supersystem  --- which
very nicely can use Sachs' unified field theory and higher group
symmetry electrodynamics such as O(3) electrodynamics --- allows a
dramatic and revolutionary extension of physics with a reach from
inside the nucleon to the entire universe.
Things we never even dreamed of doing before, now become
possible (note, e.g., that if you control the mixed states and can
select which one you wish to emerge, teleportation --- to use a common
word --- can be accomplished.  Literally
the ion can "pop out" here and "pop in" there.
And at least the first steps in that direction have now been
experimentally taken and published in Physical Review.).  We
can also quickly include (5) the use of time-energy, which is the key
to a startling and totally new high energy particle physics, at low
spatial energy and low frequency photons, since the time-component of
the photon is actually spatial energy compressed by c-squared, and has
the energy density of mass.  The
highest energy physics available is NOT in using high frequency
photons, but in using low frequency photons if some of the time energy
is transduced (decompressed) into spatial energy.
Since spatial energy and time (time energy) components of the
photon are canonical, lowering the frequency (and hence the spatial
energy) of the photon by a factor of n, increases the time-component
by a factor of n.  However,
if we replace delta t in the photon by c(exp2)x(delta t), which is its
spatial energy equivalent, then the spatial energy equivalent of the t
component has been multiplied by c(exp2) x n.
So the highest energy physics can be done with the lowest
spatial energy (lowest frequency) photons, IF some of the increased
time-energy of the low-frequency photon is decompressed into spatial
          energy.    We
will also include very briefly (6) the mechanism that generates the
flow of a mass through time.  I
uncovered that 30 years ago while in grad school back in 1971.
This mechanism itself is also engineerable, though this is not
time-travel (which would require that the observer
continue forward in time, while the entire
rest of the universe is time-reversed back to a previous
          exact state).  We do not
          suggest that!  Instead, we
point out that, just as spatial (decompressed) energy in the form of
an EM wave can be time reversed, mass-energy (highly compressed
energy) can be time-reversed also.  For
that, an extension to nonlinear phase conjugate optics is required,
wherein the mass-energy to be time-reversed is "pumped" in
the time domain by time-polarized EM waves.
This is actually part of a revolutionary approach to
medicine begun by Prioré in the 1960s, with important contributions
          by Becker,  which approach
          I have extended.  Extending
Becker's work investigating the body's cellular regeneration system,
by going to higher symmetry electrodynamics and time-domain pumping,
reveals the actual mechanism used by the body to restore damaged cells
back to a previous normal condition.
The Prioré method was a method for amplifying that natural
process used by the biological organism.  I
also uncovered what is probably the mechanism for "decompressing
time-energy into spatial energy", by solving the source charge
          problem, in 2000 (published paper).
Very powerful support for that solution is provided by both
quantum field theory and broken symmetry in particle physics.
It turns out that every charge performs this function, but this
has not previously been recognized, although Mandl and Shaw came very,
very close but did not see the involvement of photon polarization transduction.  As
an extra bonus, we will also throw in (7) a proposed mechanism that
creates the antigravity that is accelerating the expanding universe,
and also (8) another mechanism that yields the "dark energy"
responsible for most of the gravity (at least about 90% of it) that is
holding the arms of the spiral galaxies together.  So
we could present the foregoing stated areas, or at least an overview
conceptually, in a 25 to 30 minute presentation, but reserving
          questions to the end.  One
slide will point out that U(1) classical electrodynamics erroneously
assumes a flat local spacetime and also assumes equilibrium of the
system in its active vacuum exchange.
In short, by discarding the other two components of the
          supersystem,  it
arbitrarily discards the "active environment" of the system,
as far as any energy from that environment being utilized for
          performing useful external work.
However, higher symmetry electrodynamics models are available,
such as SU(2)xSU(2) and O(3) and others.
These higher symmetry electrodynamics are quite capable of
capturing and incorporating the two "active environmental"
components of the supersystem that U(1) EM discards.
Certainly any truly advanced electromagnetic propulsion and
sustained EM energy from the vacuum concepts must involve the
supersystem, its interactions, and control of them.
This is the REAL key to a vast new physics, dramatically
extending the present physics across the board.  Cheers, Tom
Bearden Subject: help with Tom I just got off the phone with a **** who is the president(?) of ******, an aerospace company that does advanced stuff for NASA, etc. He had contacted Steve G. who suggested that he speak with me. As an aside, he has seen some of the disclosure tapes and is nearly done with Steve's book so he knows there is a lot that has been kept from him. He is one of the people putting together the program for the Aerospace Meetings to be held in ******* in January 14-17, 2002. In one of his sessions which deal with future issues of space exploration, etc. he wants to have a talk about "really advanced technology and propulsion systems". This would be an approx. a twenty five minute talk with time for questions. I recommended that he get Tom Bearden to give the talk and gave him Tom's website. There are about 1500-2000 aerospace engineers who attend these meetings, though obviously there are multiple sessions going on at any given time. Tom, This could be a really good forum to get knowledge to those that really understand the potential of what you are saying. I think he would like to put this talk just before lunch so there would be more time for discussion and questions. Tom, I told him I would contact you and ask you to contact him since I will be out of town next week in CA. My very best to both of you, Ted |
