FYI, here is a copy of the rough national program I outlined for a friend in *******, who has started briefing prominent ******* leaders about the necessity for a crash national program to develop EFTV systems. I’ve also furnished him lots of background data, and he has made slides, etc. and has started into the briefings now. They are expected to go on over the next three or four months, and hopefully he can get the ******* government to do something in this direction.

 

If all goes well, he also plans to come to the U.S. when Bedini finishes his urgent present task, see John, and hopes to buy one of John’s units and take it back to demonstrate to the high level leaders and their scientific advisors.

 

We’ll just have to wait and see if this has any effect.

 

Anyway, I wanted you to have a copy of the “program” suggestion. Still rough, of course, but hopefully it will suffice.
