          Tony,

Just a note: A couple of years ago, we
finally got some really world class theorists to show conclusively
that scalar interferometry is real, and does indeed produce ordinary
EM fields and energy in the distant interference zone.

The reference is: M.W. Evans, P.K.
Anastasovski, T.E. Bearden et al., "On Whittaker's Representation
of the Electromagnetic Entity in Vacuo, Part V: The Production of
Transverse Fields and Energy by Scalar Interferometry," Journal
          of New Energy, 4(3), Winter 1999, p. 76-78.

Things would have been a lot easier if we
could have gotten that paper done 20 years earlier, instead of only
getting fellows with U(1) electrodynamics in their head, or
          conventional electrical engineering.

But at least Evans got it done, finally.

These of course are the weapons that
Defense Secretary Cohen referred to in his remarks at the conference
          in Georgia in 1997.

          Cheers,

          Tom
