Sadly, well-intentioned and honest pacifists --- good people and well-intentioned  --- can have it rather much backwards, at least in my own personal view. Their hearts are certainly in the right place, but not their heads --- again, in my personal view.  The foreign decision to go to asymmetric war, made decades ago on the part of terrorists, radically fundamentalist Muslims, etc. eliminates any such thing as peace, a priori, at least in our lifetimes.  It is inflicted upon us, not created and launched by us.

 

In asymmetric war, the great strategic strike is now divided into two phases.

(1)     Phase 1 is the insertion phase, accomplished in "peacetime" which is now seen as nothing but preparation for all-out war and destruction of the targeted nation.  In Phase I, weapons of mass destruction and the hostile clandestine teams to set them off and unleash them, are secretly inserted into the cities and near critical facilities in the targeted nation(s).  This includes whatever WMD can be had or bought: Nukes, chemical weapons, BW agents, sabotage and destruction supplies, scalar interferometry weapons, EMP weapons, etc.

(2)     Phase 2 is the operations phase.  The order is given at the time of the controlling nation's own choosing.  When the order is issued,  the inserted terrorist teams initiate and begin setting off the weapons of mass destruction, wreaking great havoc on the targeted nation.  With sufficient preparation during the insertion phase, the targeted nation is destroyed fairly quickly, with a great many millions of casualties and total economic collapse.  Once in that position, the targeted nation is then easily finished off.

 

So "searching for peace" and "backing peace" after the insertion phase is already completed and the operations phase has begun, is playing right into the hands of those who have chosen to engage in and unleash asymmetric war.

 

You know the rest.  Clandestine nuclear weapons are already in all our major cities and at truly major, critical facilities. Lunev even tells some of the ways they were inserted:

 

"It is surprisingly easy to smuggle nuclear weapons into the United States.  A commonly used method is for a Russian airplane to fly across the ocean on a typical reconnaissance flight.  The planes will be tracked by U.S. radar, but that's not a problem.  When there are no other aircraft in visual range, the Russian airplane will launch a small, high-tech, stealth transport missile that can slip undetected into remote areas of the country.  The missiles are retrieved by GRU operatives.

            Another way to get a weapon into the country is to have an 'oceanographic research' submarine deliver the device—accompanied by GRU specialists—to a remote section of coastline.

            Nuclear devices can also be slipped across the Mexican or Canadian borders.  It is easy to get a bomb to Cuba and from there transport it to Mexico.  Usually the devices are carried by a Russian intelligence officer or a trusted agent."  [Stanislov Lunev and Ira Winkler, Through the Eyes of the Enemy: Russia's Highest Ranking Military Defector Reveals Why Russia Is More Dangerous Than Ever, Regnery, Washington, D.C., 1998.].

 

Further, international shipping has long used the standard shipping container system.  Only about 2% or so of the containers are ever even checked anywhere in the world.  So shipment of most anything --- nuclear weapons, drugs, etc. --- can be gotten in with about 98% reliability, by just disguising the actual "shipped package" in and among otherwise innocent stuff in a standard container.  The U.S. trucking industry and railway shipping industry will load up the containers at the U.S. ports and deliver them to the waiting clandestine terrorists at their intended destination.

 

When the Soviet economy failed, resulting in the collapse of the former Soviet Empire, the Soviets became unable to pay their generals and soldiers for extended periods of time.  Consequently, the generals and troops began selling their military equipment to the best bidder, in order to survive.  If one had guts and money, one could buy almost anything at all from the Russian armada of weapons.  Two hundred missile warheads from the Ukraine are "missing", as are nearly 100 "suitcase nukes".  As an example, you could even buy a Russian nuclear submarine complete with nuclear missiles!  Quoting Lunev, p. 17:

 

"…Ludwig Feinberg, a Russian mobster, purchased a Piranha-class nuclear submarine from the Russian Naval Base in Kronstadt for $5.5 million.  The submarine was to be disguised as an oceanographic research vessel, but would, in fact, transport cocaine to ports in North America.  To facilitate his plan, Feinberg signed a Russian admiral to a two-year contract.  Feinberg was arrested in the United States on other charges, and his submarine deal collapsed."

 

We have previously pointed out that a rogue Japanese group, comprised of the Aum Shinrikyo and Yakuza, leased the earlier scalar interferometer weapons from the KGB/Russian Mafia at the end of 1989, on site in Russia, and manned those sites.  Look up in the sky above your head these days, and look for "giant radial clouds" and "twin giant radials" --- like giant chicken feet tracks in the sky.  Your weather is being massively engineered, and has been since 1976.  Since 1990, it has been directly engineered by the Japanese Yakuza and Aum Shinrikyo teams on site in Russia, etc.  These are the type of weapons that Secretary of Defense William Cohen publicly confirmed in 1997, when he stated:

 

"Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves… So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations…It's real, and that's the reason why we have to intensify our efforts, and that's why this is so important."  [Secretary of Defense William Cohen at an April 1997 counterterrorism conference sponsored by former Senator Sam Nunn.  Quoted from DoD News Briefing, Secretary of Defense William S.  Russia (the KGB, even under its new name) has many nuclear weapons in our cities here in the U.S., and even Al Qaeda probably has a few.  The necessary teams to detonate them on command are already in here and just waiting the order to proceed.  BW agents (such as smallpox and anthrax) are in here in quantity, along with the necessary teams.  As an example, unleashing smallpox alone, in a single major city anywhere on Earth, will eventually kill some 2 billion or so --- nearly one third the human population.  Here is a statement on that, by Garrett:

 

If the smallpox virus were released today, the majority of the world's population would be defenseless, and given the virus' 30 percent kill rate, nearly two billion people would die."  [Laurie Garrett, "The Nightmare of Bioterrorism," Foreign Affairs, 80(1), Jan./Feb. 2001, p. 76-89.  I quote from p. 77.]

 

Garrett further spells it out:

 

"The world is … completely vulnerable to a smallpox attack.   The last time a mass emergency vaccination took place in the United States was 1947, when a traveler from Mexico spread smallpox to New York City.  Vaccines were then readily available, and 6.35 million New Yorkers were immunized in less than four weeks.  In 1961, a similar vaccination campaign was administered following a smallpox outbreak in England: 5.5 million people were immunized in a month's time.  A decade later, smallpox cases in Yugoslavia prompted the rapid vaccination of 20 million people in that country.   Were a smallpox crisis to emerge today, none of these efforts could be repeated." [Laurie Garrett, "The Nightmare of Bioterrorism," Foreign Affairs, 80(1), Jan./Feb. 2001, p. 76-89.]  Quote is from p. 78.  The reader will note that the administration is trying mightily to increase the availability of smallpox vaccine, and some vaccination is underway in Connecticut for health workers.

 

Saddam Hussein's strategy is that, once the U.S./U.N. attack begins or is imminent, he will unleash smallpox (and some other things) in Israel, some fired in his Scud missiles.  This will immediately propel Israel into the war, converting it from a U.S./Iraq war into a Muslim Holy Jihad against the Great Satan (Israel and the U.S.).  This will bring in a great number of otherwise sidelined Arab nations, and friendly Arab nations such as Saudi Arabia, etc. will have open insurrection going in the streets from hordes of militant Muslims.  Our bases in friendly Arab nations will suddenly be in great danger, and the friendly Arab country allowing those bases will have its own revolution occurring in the streets.  It will also cause other previously uncommitted Moslem nations to commit their own inserted terrorist teams and WMD inside the U.S., increasing the damage potential far beyond what Iraq can do alone.

 

The first phase of World War III has been completed some time ago.  The second phase began in stumbling fashion with 9/11 attacks on the twin towers, pentagon, and an intended attack on the White House.  We will be in the second phase for the rest of our lives.

 

This is why, shortly after 9/11, Vice President Cheney sadly stated:

 

“The war on terrorism will not be over in our lifetime.  It is different than the Gulf War was in the sense that it may never end. At least not in our lifetime.  The way I think of it is, it’s a new normalcy.” [Vice President Dick Cheney, October 21, 2001].

 

With the First Phase of WW III already completed, there is no reasonable choice remaining but to try go root out as much as possible of the infiltrated WMDs and teams, and to go after all the bases and funding and backing and control of the terrorist teams that are preparing to unleash these WMD inside our nation, in wholesale fashion.

 

A single professional anthrax spray attack on one of our major cities, will result in from one to three million casualties, by official study estimate.  E.g., quoting Betts:

 

A 1993 study by the Office of Technology Assessment concluded that a single airplane delivering 100 kilograms of anthrax spores – a dormant phase of a bacillus that multiplies rapidly in the body, producing toxins and rapid hemorrhaging – by aerosol on a clear, calm night over the Washington, D.C., area could kill between one million and three million people, 300 times as many fatalities as if the plane had delivered sarin gas in amounts ten times larger.  [Richard K. Betts, “The New Threat of Mass Destruction,” Foreign Affairs, 77(1). Again, Garrett summarizes some fierce problems with anthrax et al. (p. 78):

 

"For other diseases preventable by vaccine, such as anthrax, the lag time between inoculation and the development of powerful antibodies could be far longer—up to a year, even with boosters.  And of course, immunization efforts would be useless against vaccine-resistant pathogens, such as those created by Soviet scientists working on anthrax weapons.  Furthermore, a determined bioterrorist could simply try a succession of microbial weapons—or use a cocktail at the outset—defying even the best-organized vaccination programs."

 

To press for the normal "peace" and "negotiation" as the means of solution, in the present world situation with Phase I of World War III already a fait accompli, is like cattle in the slaughterhouse before the sledgehammers start to fall, trying to establish "peace" and "negotiation" with the butchers already holding the hammers.

 

Wish it were not that way, but unfortunately it is.  At any rate, it appears that war is inevitable, and will either erupt within a few weeks or perhaps a few months.  Then we shall see what happens, whether we like it or not.
