        Dear Don,

        Natural scalar
interferometry does occur, e.g. at fault zones.  The pressure in the
rocks on each side of the fault forms two stress potentials, which then
can accomplish scalar interferometry as natural earth currents pass
through these potentials.  This is what produces "earthquake lights",
will-o-the-wisps, earth stress lights, and many other nocturnal lights.

        The weapons usage is
characterized by its exactness, the targeting or "target practice area",
knowledge about the nation doing the firing and its technological
        capability, etc.

        Best wishes,

        Tom Bearden
