They can make them either way, but for weather control purposes they are almost always two-dimensional.

Subject: A question as I try to piece all of this together


Tom,
Can it be said that the EM grids that are produced look 2 dimensional or 3
dimensional?  As I have thought about the EM information I have read about on your site the last several weeks, I have begun to wonder if the grids are like a giant 3 dimensional video game.  If they are 3 dimensional why don't they shape the clouds like giant cubes rather than a giant checker board.  A two dimensional grid would seem to take constant adjustments at least where targets at different levels are concerned.  A three dimensional grid would seem to pretty much make every one and everything an instant possible target.
