 Unfortunately I don't make the laws (and neither do my other four co-inventors).  We have worked years (about 10) on this project, and have a substantial investment of our lives and what money we could afford, in this project.  We would lose our companies, which would go bankrupt, and so would we.

 To do what you suggest would lose all our intellectual property rights, and we would never see a dime.  Nor would we ever have funds for the rest of our research to go forward. 

The close-looping mechanism is a separate patent application by John Bedini and me.  His company has the rights to use it, and so does our company.  Anyone else will be charged small royalties.

 We have arranged for the National Materials Science Laboratory of the National Academy of Sciences of a friendly foreign country to finish the research, which will require about a year. At that time, the units will be in mass production and being sold on the world market.

 Meanwhile, we have the good news that our first MEG patent will be issued.  A second one is still processing.

 I can tell you that the MEG, open loop, can be replicated by anyone who understands the Aharonov Bohm effect, and is not affixed to standard electrical engineering. Most refuse to believe it is not at all a transformer, though resembling one.  So be it.

 I can also tell you that my book, to be published by World Scientific next year, will contain the details for the close-looping process, and it will contain some real bombshells for the "overunity" community.

 Very shortly, in the three volume scientific series, Modern Nonlinear Optics, Second Edition, Edited by Myron W. Evans, Wiley, 2001 (in press), Volume 119 of Advances in chemical Physics, series editors I. Prigogine and Stuart A. Rice, I have two papers.  They are: (1) Energy from the Active Vacuum: The Motionless Electromagnetic Generator, Volume 2, and (2) Extracting and Using Electromagnetic Energy from the Active Vacuum." There are also rigorous proofs that vacuum energy can be extracted, in other papers in that forthcoming 3-volume publication.

 Meanwhile, we continue to seek a moderate funding partner to open a small lab here in the U.S. and get our engineers and scientists out of their busy aerospace jobs and working full time on the MEG.

 We have no choice but to comply with the legal requirements that U.S. and international law require.  The alternative would be a wealthy patron (2.4 million) and that is not going to be forthcoming.

 So we do what we must, but we are doing everything within our power to get it out there.  Nonetheless, we are still about a year away from production units being mass produced and sold on the world market.
