The saga of Russ and Linda Hamilton fighting for their own and you freedom continues. Linda developed PTSD over a year ago and has been unable to work. She was the main breadwinner so this dramatically changed their lifestyle. They knew they would not be able to afford their home any longer so they attempted to negotiate with the bank. They own their property outright and tried to get the bank to pay them for it, then they would sell the home thus making some profit and they bank would get their money back. But Noooo! The bank and their attorneys were arrogant and wouldn't even converse with them. So after a long saga of court appearances they ended up in Superior court in Greenfield, Mass. scheduled for a jury trial in June. The bank ignored the Superior court ruling staying any eviction and the sheriff and his goons arrived at their home on January 21st and evicted them anyway. For all those who care about freedom plus those who have fooled themselves into thinking nothing like this can ever happen to them here is a list of ways you can help thus making it less likely you or your loved ones will become victims of crime committed by the police and various other government employees. Also Linda finally received her file from her second attorney. In it was clear cut evidence that her first attorney was working in collusion with the corrupt district attorney to betray Linda. She reported all this to the Board of Bar Overseers who are supposed to discipline attorneys which is a joke because they never do. We had to hire a private investigator to find out about the trucker who tried to kill Linda because the police wouldn't do anything. He had multiple aliases, and social security numbers, and outstanding arrest warrants. The state police and the DA knew this and did NOTHING.
