The relief which you have requested cannot be granted by this office. This office oversees only the administrative aspects of the Trial Court such as personnel matters, fiscal affairs, information technology, court facilities, and court capital projects. This office lacks the jurisdiction or authority over the manner in which individual cases are litigated in the various courts. You should pursue your rights through counsel, and/or the appellate procedure.
