Letter to Editor;

Ah, so much to learn about the "Rules of Corruption" and so little time. I wonder if those rules are taught in the same school as the "Rules of the Road" class. So at the conclusion of the "kangaroo court" in Pittsfield last Wednesday, everyone in the courtroom who has a shred of decency to their character was devastated. My poor attorney was close to tears. I just leaned over to him and said, "Not to worry, SOS, different day."

It is interesting to note that Susan Bush wanted to cover the trial, but her editor at the Berkshire Eagle wouldn't let her. Susan has been getting compliments from papers all over the country and some have requested her to let them print her stories about this travesty of justice. She has been repeatedly praised for her excellence in journalism. Of course I guess if you are the editor of the Berkshire Eagle, you can't have that.

It is also interesting to note that the prosecutor was seen meeting behind closed doors with the trucker and his attorney before the trial. My attorney states, "... you would have too be the dumbest attorney on the planet if you let your client testify and continue to incriminate himself when he is going on trial February 8th." (or is he?) Kelly Mulcahy would never drop the charge against the trucker of "Driving to endanger" brought by Judge Michael Ripps, would she? She wouldn't have struck a deal with the trucker and his attorney to change his testimoty and testify at my trial, would she? Of course not, because that is against the law. I asked him what his advice would be if the trucker was his client. He said, "two words--Shut up!" -- So can one now assume that they were "cutting a deal"? Of course not, they would never do that, especially in light of a recent Supreme Court Ruling that "deals" are illegal. Of course so is Collusion, but that hasn't stopped the Cops or the Assistant DA Kelly Mulcahy, or apparently the Judge Barbalunga up until this point.

At the request of Ms. Mulcahy, the judge called the press to sidebar. (I bet every American now knows the meaning of "sidebar", thanks to O.J.) So he tells them he is "suspending the First Amendment & not allowing them to talk to the witnesses." Well isn't that special? We already know Ms. Mulcahy is apparently incapable of understanding the Second Amendment, but she also seems to be struggling with the First also. Just what would it be that she is afraid of that the press might find out? Isn't our justice system a quest for the truth?

Now the logic of this one I am still trying to figure out. Ms. Mulcahy objected to my husband testifying on the grounds he wasn't at the scene of the alleged crime, but three of her four "witnesses" weren't either. Even Judge Barbalunga couldn't swallow that one.

The judge called the attorneys to sidebar during Ms. Mulcahy's pretend cross examiniation of me to tell her he wouldn't let her question me anymore because she was "badgering" me. I didn't really understand why she was being so mean-spirited. I know she can be very sweet. After all, she was talking baby talk to the trucker. (Of course not wanting to scare the poor thing anymore than he already has been). I was disappointed by the action of the judge. It had been so much fun for everyone in the audience watching her attempting to lead me into multiple traps (that always backfired), proving time after time to everyone in the peanut gallery her ignorance of the law.

I know Ms. Mulcahy's mother Judy would have been greatly saddened if she knew all those years she worked so hard as a dedicated nurse to put her through law school went for naught, as she obviously learned nothing about "the law".

Of course Judge Barbalunga in his wisdom has given us a whole new meaning to the words Mentally Unstable. Apparently I never understood the terminology before. I never knew it meant someone who doesn't think the police or attorneys should lie to judges and juries. I never knew it meant someone who believes in the rule of law. I never knew it meant someone who knows the Constitution is the Supreme Law of the land. I never knew it meant someone who won't buy into a corrupt system. Then one must conclude that Judge Michael Ripps is also mentally unstable. It is indeed an honor for me to be a member of such an elite club.

So I guess the State Police should open an immediate investigation into the Commonwealth Board of Registration in Nursing which has been renewing my nursing license every year since 1968 (unleashing a "mentally unstable" person onto the public). I guess they should also arrest everyone from DSS and the Adoption Placement Unit licensed by the Commonwealth of Mass. who put me through rigorous testing to determine me fit to be an "Adoptive Mom" for one of the Commonwealth's damaged kids. (Of course the fact that he was scarred due to neglectful and abusive DSS workers and foster homes seems to escape them. And of course they forget to tell you they have intentionally damaged the child to the point that all the love and therapy and prayers and money in the world might not be enough to help them heal their wounds).

I am sure Judge Michael Ripps was pleased to hear from Judge Barbalunga that there was no grounds for the charge of "Driving to endanger" that he brought against Mr. Harkins (or whoever he is). Gee whiz Judge Ripps, I guess you have to go back for a refresher course in the "Rules of the Road."

And yet one more surprise. After Robert Chesbro (my first attorney), who by the way unbeknownst to me, talked Greg Hession into waiving a jury trial because he told him Judge Barbalunga goes "right by the book" and "hates cops that lie". Well, in talking to my favorite private investigator and also with a reporter from Berkshire COunty I got the same response: "You should have asked me. I would have told you that is most definitely NOT the case." Now isn't that special?

Something else that is "special". The Greenfield Distorter and the Associated Press, who both refused to cover this story for eleven months, wait until the most inaccurate reporter that the Berkshire Eagle employs covers it, and they pick it up word for word without doing any research. Typical! For those who want to learn the truth, you will need to go to the following web sites listed below.

For those people who want to testify to help put an end to this, please call the following officials and ask for an immediate investigation to be opened into the crimes and corruption in Western Mass. Attorney General John Ashcroft: (202)307-5933 and Supreme Judicial Court Justice Margaret Marshall: (617)557-1193. Hey, if the FBI can try to clean up Los Angelouse, I don't see why they can't put the Berkshires on the map. Isn't that why we pay them?

And while you have the phone in your hand, you might want to place a call to pubic servant and government employee Lt. Gerard Regin at the Internal Affairs: (508)988-7033, who supposedly is conducting an investigation into the crimes committed against me by the following State Troopers:

Major Charles Appleton -- Northampton Barracks
Lietenant Charles Lemay
Sgt. Potter -- Cheshire Barracks
Trooper O'Hara (who is an expert at destroying evidence and tampering with the mail) -- Shelburne Barracks
Trooper Rosemary Curran (New World Order wannabe, but not too bright)
Trooper Ann Marie Robertson (her sidekick--with an IQ somewhere around room temp)

Of course all we have seen so far from this pretend investigation is an attempt to intimidate a friend of ours who is a State Trooper. Of course as a man of integrity he deserves this because we can't have any police with any morals or decency. Heaven forefend.

And perhaps Lt. Regin can explain this one to the press. Why was he observed at the "Kangaroo trial" talking with the DA? I thought his job was to protect me from crimes being committed by the police.
