Dear Mr. Capeless,

If you do not immediately convene a grand jury to investigate the allegations in the Grand Jury indictment I send you I am going to petition the court to compel you to do the job you took an oath to faithfully do. I will also add your name as a witness in my malpractice suit against Attorney Robert Chesbro filed in Franklin County. You will then have an opportunity to explain to a jury and the press why you have violated that oath and my civil rights. I may also call Mr. Baran and others to testify about the long standing corruption in your office.
